Email Settings for Mail Applications

Email applications like the iOS Mail app, Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook use the below server settings to connect to your mail service. For help with these applications, please seek guidance from the manufactorer. You can always use the webmail version of your service in the meantime.

Incoming Mail Server

  • *Microsoft 365 Server** POP/IMAP: outlook.office365.com
  • *Cloud Servers** POP: pop.yourdomain.com IMAP: imap.yourdomain.com

Incoming Server Port

Our email servers use all the default incoming server port numbers.

  • *POP:** Non SSL= 110 SSL = 995
  • *IMAP:** Non SSL= 143 SSL = 993

Outgoing Mail Server

Outgoing Server Port

Most Internet Service Providers (ISP) block port 25 for their own outgoing emails.

  • *Professional Email** TLS = 587
  • *Microsoft 365, cPanel and Cloud** Non SSL = 587 SSL = 465

Authentication Type

Users must use password authentication to send or receive emails from our servers.
