Cloud Hosting Webmail

To log into webmail on Cloud Hosting, please use the following steps:

1. Please click here to log into Cloud Hosting's Webmail interface.
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your email accounts password
4. Click ‘Login’
5. Your Webmail will now load

Looking for something a bit more professional? If you have correctly setup your DNS records or are pointed to Cloud Hosting's name servers, you can visit http://webmail.your-domain.extension and enter in your email address and email password.

cPanel Hosting Webmail

To log into webmail on cPanel Hosting, please use the following steps:

1. Log into your MyAccount
2. Under Manage Services, click View Webhosting Services
3. On the next page, click on the domain name’s cPanel Hosting product
4. On the next page, click Manage Service
5. A new window will load, click cPanel, this will load the full cPanel interface
6. Under the Mail category. Click on the first icon, ‘Email Accounts’.
7. Find the email address you wish to log into and click on ‘More’
8. Select Access Webmail
9. Type in your email account’s password
10. Choose your webmail client. Melbourne IT recommends Horde.
11. Finally select your language and click ‘Login’
