Locating account notifications

All account email notifications, such as password assistance, invoices, and domain renewal reminders, are logged in our system for your reference. This ensures that if you're unable to locate specific emails from us in your inbox, you can easily access them here.

1. Log into your online account
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab
3. From the menu on the left, select 'Email History'
