How do I generate a support code?

Note: This article covers Melbourne IT DPS customers only.

The Support Code helps our support staff authenticate you over the phone if you wish to make any changes to your account. Without the confirmation of a support code, our staff are unable to make any changes to your account.

To generate a support code;

  1. Log in to your parent level admin panel
  2. Click 'New Code,' which is displayed beneath your name in the top left hand corner
  3. This support code will remain valid until you generate a new one
