How to recover my account password

Note: This article covers Melbourne IT DPS customers only.

How can I recover the password to my Admin Panel?
Click here to recover your account login credentials. Please enter your first name, surname and account reference into the text fields provided and select submit. A password reset email will then be sent to the current contact on the account. Please note that this will be the email address provided when the account was created with Melbourne IT DPS.

How can I recover the password for a domain level login?
This level of access is usually given to web designers/developers and other third parties who don’t need to access the full account. It allows end-users and clients to:

  • Update configuration details for your domain name
  • Manage email and/or web hosting services
  • Update whois contact information
    Click here to recover your domain name passwords. Enter your domain name into the text fields provided and click submit. The passwords are always sent to the current contact on the account.

I didn’t receive the password recovery email!
If you didn’t receive your password recovery email, you may need to request a change to your account's email address. Please email [email protected] with your domain name, domain password and some photo ID. We will then change the email on your account and resend the password recovery email.
