To verify if your SSL certificate has been installed on your server, use an online SSL checker to perform a lookup against your domain name. The SSL checker will inform you if the certificate is not installed. Note, modern web browsers may not display the lock symbol in the URL bar and require you to click through settings to see the status.

Using a Third-Party SSL Certificate on my Legacy Cloud Hosting?

We do not accept the installation of third-party SSL certificates on our Cloud Hosting environment. To use an SSL certificate on a website hosted on our Cloud Hosting server, you must purchase the SSL certificate through us by contacting our sales team via phone.

Installing a Third-Party SSL Certificate on cPanel Hosting

You may install third-party SSL certificates on our cPanel Hosting environment. Consult our support staff if you have an SSL certificate you wish to use but are receiving an error when trying to install.
