Accessing Domain Information

A domain level username/password is assigned to each domain name you have in your account. It is primarily given to website developers so that they can log into a customers account and seek assistance from Melbourne IT support staff without being given access to the account holders billing details and other sensitive information.

To view your domain level username/password

1. Log into the Console
2. Click on View a summary of all domains
3. Locate the domain you wish to view the username/password for and click View login under the Domain login column

To change your domain level password:

1. Log into the Console
2. Click on the domain you want to manage
3. In the top right hand corner, click 'Update domain console password'
4. Type in your new password and click 'Update'
