How To Recover Your Password To The Console

In the event you forget your password, there are two options for recovering below:

I want to recover the password to my Master Account

Your master account allows you to:

  • View and pay invoices;
  • View and administer all domains;
  • View and manage all hosting services;
  • Order new domains and services;
  • Renew domain names.

Simply enter your account reference code and click 'submit'. The password reset email are always sent to the current contact on the account. Please note: The current contact is the account owner and not the domain name owner.

I want to recover the password to my Domain name

This level of access is usually given to web designers/developers and other third parties who don't need access to the Master Account. Allows customers (and end users of Reseller accounts) to:

  • Update configuration details for your domain name
  • Manage email and/or web hosting services
  • Update WHOIS information

But my email address has changed!

If your email address has changed, and you are the owner of the domain name, or an authorised officer of the entity that owns the domain name, you can request the passwords be sent to you.
