Changing The Billing Method For Your Subscriptions

The following billing methods are available to our customers:

  • Credit Card
  • Prepaid Credit

The credit card, direct debit and prepaid billing methods all debit amounts automatically upon the renewal of your subscriptions. We no longer offer a invoice-first payment method.

How to change the billing method used for a particular subscription

Customers can modify the billing method used for particular subscriptions by following the steps below.

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Click Request a Prepaid Account or Add Prepaid funds
  4. Click Add a new credit card via the Account tab or [Update] your current credit card details
