Changing The Billing Method For Your Subscriptions
The following billing methods are available to our customers:
- Credit Card
- Prepaid Credit
The credit card, direct debit and prepaid billing methods all debit amounts automatically upon the renewal of your subscriptions. We no longer offer a invoice-first payment method.
How to change the billing method used for a particular subscription
Customers can modify the billing method used for particular subscriptions by following the steps below.
- Log into the Console
- Click on the Billing tab
- Click Request a Prepaid Account or Add Prepaid funds
- Click Add a new credit card via the Account tab or [Update] your current credit card details
