Use another provider for my mail?

If you use another provider for email (and would like to continue to do so) you will need to add the Mail Exchanger (MX) records of your provider, to our DNS manager in your MyAccount.

If you are unsure of what these records are, you will need to contact your current mail provider. Once you have the required records, you can add them to your Zone File using our Advanced DNS editing tool. If you're unsure of how to do this, please click here for an article on managing DNS.
