How do I cancel web hosting and email services?
- Log in to your parent level admin panel
- Hover over ‘Products’ and select ‘Cancel Services’
- Select the domain to cancel the service from using the drop down menu
- Check the box of the service you want to cancel
- Choose when you want the service to expire
- Fill in the customer satisfaction rating
- Select‘Cancel Service’
