Creating Mailboxes in Cloud & cPanel

Creating an email at your domain name is one of the staples of getting your business online. This guide pertains to both Cloud & cPanel Hosting. Please follow the instructions related to your hosting platform.

Create a Cloud Hosting email account

1. Log into your MyAccount
2. Under Manage Services, click View Webhosting Services
3. On the next page, click on the domain name’s Cloud Hosting product that you want the FTP details for
4. On the next page, click Manage Service
5. A new window will open, click Email
6. Select 'IMAP/POP' from the drop down menu under Create an email account
7. Fill in the fields provided
8. Click 'Create'

Create a cPanel Hosting email account

1. Log into your MyAccount
2. Under Manage Services, click View Webhosting Services
3. On the next page, click on the domain name’s cPanel Hosting product
4. On the next page, click Manage Service
5. A new window will open, click cPanel
6. Click on the Email Accounts icon from within the cPanel interface
7. Fill in the fields provided
8. Select the size of the email inbox you are creating
9. Click 'Create Account'
