How do I create an email account?

Users must create an email account on our servers before they can connect any email software (such as Outlook or Apple Mail) to our email servers. Below are instructions on how to create email accounts on our Cloud Hosting and cPanel Hosting infrastructures.

Create a Cloud Hosting email account

1. Log in to your Admin Panel
2. Hover over ‘Domains’ and click ‘Manage’
3. Click on the domain you want to edit
4. Click Email
5. Select 'IMAP/POP' from the drop down menu
6. Fill in the fields provided
7. Click [Create]
   Create a cPanel Hosting email account
8. Log in to your Admin Panel
9. Hover over ‘Domains’ and click ‘Manage’
10. Click on the domain you want to edit
11. Click 'cPanel Login'
12. Click on the Email Accounts icon from within the cPanel interface
13. Fill in the fields provided
14. Select the size of the email inbox you are creating
15. Click [Create Account]
