cPanel Hosting - Overview

Our new cPanel Hosting Plans come with a new interface named 'The Console'. The Console is a new easy to user management interface from which cPanel can be launched from. cPanel is a powerful industry standard hosting control panel designed to help you manage your web service.

Log In

  1. Log into your MyAccount
  2. Under Manage Services, click View Webhosting Services
  3. On the next page, click on the domain name’s cPanel product that you want the FTP details for
  4. On the next page, click Manage Service
  5. A new window will open, click cPanel
  6. This will load the existing cPanel dashboard, which hasn’t had any changes

Find out how your websites doing by monitoring statistics of your web traffic. A good troubleshooting tool labeled Error Logs allows you to analyze issues with your website.

The security category is the place to install/modify SSL certificates. Also the ability to control external IP addresses access to your site & password protect directories.

Domains

Domain name & advanced DNS management. Redirection + subdomains can be controlled from here.

Databases

Advanced database management from creation to modification. PHPMyAdmin for interacting with your database is a tool that lives here.

A section for more advanced tools. Apache handles, image management & Cron jobs.

  1. Log into your MyAccount
  2. Under Manage Services, click View Webhosting Services
  3. On the next page, click on the domain name’s cPanel Hosting product
  4. On the next page, click Manage Service
  5. A new window will open, click cPanel Hosting in the sidebar menu
