Customers will also receive live alerts [via email] when a domain name that exactly matches their own is registered with a different extension (eg .org, .net, .info). This gives complete coverage of domain name registration activity and useful suggestions on how to further protect your online brand.

Any registered domain name with Melbourne IT can activate this service

When will I receive my first report?

You will receive the report within 30 days from when you purchased the service and then every 30 days hence forth.

When will I receive live alerts?

Within 24 hours of a domain name matching your own being registered.

What domain extensions [space] will be monitored?

Our Live Alerts monitors registrations in:

Where can I cancel this service?

Through the MyAccount under “Manage Services”, a customer can request to cancel their service.
