How to cancel a gTLD Domain

Instructions on how to cancel domain inside MyAccount

To cancel your gTLD domain name, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Melbourne IT MyAccount by clicking here
2. Select "Manage domain names"
3. Tick the box beside the domain name you want to cancel

4. On the upper portion of the screen, you should select the radio button to cancel domain.

5. Click the GO button.

5. Confirm your choice on the next page.

NOTE : Once its cancelled, the domain will go to Redemption status for 30 days before being released by the registry office.
