How do I cancel a service?

In most cases, cancelling a service is a quick and easy process you can submit through your console account. Start by logging into the console at by clicking on the “Login” link at the top of the screen and entering your username and password.

Once you are logged in, click on the “Account” tab, then select 'Cancel service' and tick the box next to the service you want to cancel. At this point we usually ask a couple of questions about why you are terminating the service – this is so that we can make improvements in the future. Once you answer this, a message is sent to our accounts team who finalise the closure and generate a final invoice if required. Please allow around two to four working days for them to do this.
